To our valued patients,

We hope this message finds you in good health and good spirits. Now that we are all starting to settle into this new routine, we want to reach out to you to provide an update regarding how COVID-19 has affected our services as your Hearing Clinic.

The health and safety of the patients we serve and our staff are of utmost concern. As a result of the Province of NS emergency measures, both of our offices are closed to in-person appointments. At present we are permitted to provide urgent or emergency services and virtual care.

In these difficult times we recognize that your hearing is important to keep you connected with loved ones and health care professionals. Though our doors are closed to walk-ins, we can provide virtual care for troubleshooting and other non-urgent services. To make an appointment for emergency or virtual care, or if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to call us or email [email protected]. We are monitoring both email and voicemail several times daily, and we will return you message as soon as possible.

If you have a scheduled, non-urgent appointment, such as a clean and check, or hearing re-check, we will be contacting you to reschedule it to a later date.

With new updates and directives coming out frequently, we recommend you check our Facebook Page and/or website for updates. We will also keep you up to date of any major changes by email. 

Although the circumstances have changed, we will look after your hearing health needs as best as possible.  Self-isolate, only leave home for essential items and services, and stay healthy. We miss you, and look forward to seeing each of you in person as soon as it is safe to do so!
