To our valued patients,
We recognize that should you become ill, your hearing will play a vital role in communicating with health care workers in order to best manage your recovery. We maintain our commitment to your better hearing by being available to assist should you need immediate assistance via the following methods:
In our clinic, all services, including battery sales, are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Spaced appointments – to avoid any overlap of people in our waiting room, and time to disinfect all surfaces between patients. Please only arrive within 5 minutes of your appointment time.
Door hanger service – if you are self-isolating and need service, we will pick up your hearing aids* to check them. Just hang them in a bag on the doorknob and we will return them the same way!
Battery dropoff - $40 for a box of 40 batteries, hung on your doorknob. Pay by etransfer or credit card via telephone.
Porchside programming – We are laptop based and most hearing aids dispensed within the past 5 years can be wirelessly programmed. If you are having difficulty and need an adjustment, we can come to your house, communicate by telephone, and adjust your hearing aids without even coming inside!

have a cough, or feel otherwise unwell
