Maintain a healthy heart for healthy hearing

February his Heart Health Month! It has been known for some time that having a heart condition can contribute to hearing loss. This is because the inner ear is full of tiny blood vessels. Any disruption in blood flow to the inner ear can lead to tissue This can result in hearing loss.

So, you can add healthy ears to the list of reasons to maintain a healthy heart. The simplest way to do that is through good diet and exercise. The good news is you don't have to join a gym. Find something you like such as playing a sport or take a walk in the woods. It could be as simple as taking a walk around the block at lunch. Just remember to keep active and have fun doing it!
